New Patient Visits

Comprehensive Intake Visits ($1500): A two visit package where we learn about your child and families’ needs, and develop a detailed roadmap.

Visit #1: History and examination with patient and parent/guardian present. (~60 minutes)

Visit #2: I share my impressions, diagnoses, and recommendations in great detail to set the path for the next six months of your child’s journey. I may also order additional tests or evaluations at this time. (~60-90 minutes)

Limited Consultation Intake Visit ($600-900): A more focused initial evaluation for medication management, second opinion, or single clinical concern. (~60-90 minutes).

Established Patient Intake Visit ($350): Welcome back! We’ll pick up where we left off and chart the course going forward. (up to 30 minutes) **Patient must have been seen by Dr. Wong within the past 24 months**

Follow Up Visits

Brief Follow Up ($200): A quick check-in on medications/supplements recently recommended, or for a single concern. (up to 15 minutes)

General Follow-Up ($350): A review of multiple concerns, prior diagnostic tests or evaluations. (up to 30 minutes)

In-Depth Follow Up ($450): A deep-dive into care topics that may need more time, such as review of genetic testing or psycho-educational reports, multiple concerns, or if we just haven’t touched base in awhile (typically done annually).

ADI-R Testing ($600): A diagnostic test for autism based on parent/guardian report. (~60 minutes)

Clinical Electrotherapy Stimulation ($600): Struggling with your child’s sleep, mood, or tummy troubles? Looking for alternatives to medication? Our gentle Alpha-Stim CES therapy supports their calming “rest & digest” system through 3 easy visits: initial coaching + baseline tracking, a 2-week check-in to adjust, and a final review to ensure results. Available for children 3 and up.

Monarch eTNS ADHD Treatment ($600): The Monarch eTNS treatment offers drug-free support for kids 7+ through 3 visits: initial coaching + symptom tracking, 2-week adjustment check-in, and a final progress review. Data-driven, personalized care for focus, calm, and emotional balance. Available for children 7 to 12 years old.

EndeavorRx ADHD Video Game ($600): The only FDA-approved prescription video game, designed to train attention. Build better focus through 3 easy visits: initial discussion on how to use EndeavorRx, a 2-week check in, and a final progress review. Available for children 8 to 12 years old.
